Wydawałoby się, że wraz z Gregorym historia zyskała swój finał, a jednak autorka nie powiedziała ostatniego słowa. Niedawno premierę miała książka „Królowa Charlotta”.
Królowa Charlotta jest wyrazistą osobowością w serialu o Bridgertonach. Z pewnością nie przypomina innych władczyń. Jednak my poznaliśmy ją jako dojrzałą kobietę, a jak mogła wyglądać jej młodość? W niektórych scenach drugiego sezonu widzieliśmy króla Jerzego i jego problemy ze zdrowiem, ale czy tak było zawsze? Julia Quinn we współpracy z Shondą Rhimes napisała zupełnie nową historię, poświęconą właśnie młodej Charlotcie.
Niemiecka księżniczka na angielskim tronie
Charlotta jest niemiecką księżniczką o silnej osobowości – odważna i inteligentna. To, że nic o niej nie wiedząc, zaczyna interesować się nią angielski dwór, wzbudza czujność. Przyjeżdża do Anglii i od razu wzbudza konsternację i to nie przez swoje maniery, ale ciemną skórę. „Królowa Charlotta” – książka a serial
Najczęściej, zanim oglądam ekranizacje, czytam książkę. Tym razem stało się inaczej i najpierw był serial. Później już podczas lektury byłam zaskoczona, jak wiernie odzwierciedlono jej fabułę. Są oczywiście pewne różnice. Przykładowo w serialu bardziej rozwinięto kilka wątków pobocznych, a w książce możemy przyjrzeć się myślom i motywom bohaterów. Jednak jestem pod wrażeniem, jak wierny jest książce serial. Pojawia się nawet wiele tych samych dialogów. Jedna i druga wersja wzbudza wiele emocji, a opowiedziana historia jest tak niecodzienna, że nie znajdziecie jej nigdzie indziej.
