Nasza rodzima literatura dla najmłodszych do doskonała skarbnica interesujących oraz wyjątkowych baśni, bajek, opowieści i wierszy, które warto czytać swoim pociechom. Znajomość tak utalentowanych pisarzy literatury dla dzieci jak Edmund Niziurski, Kornel Makuszyński, Janusz Korczak, czy Jak Brzechwa zabierze dzieciaki w niesamowitą podróż po świecie bajkowych postaci.

Poniżej zajmiemy się jednym z bardziej rozpoznawalnych autorów, a mianowicie Janem Brzechwą, którego książek nie powinno zabraknąć w żadnym domowym księgozbiorze.

Trochę historii

Ciekawostką jest to, że ten znany polski poeta, odznaczający się ogromną wyobraźnią był z zawodu adwokatem. Może właśnie dlatego, że na co dzień zajmował się tak przyziemnymi sprawami, jak przepisy i regulacje prawne, szukał odskoczni w świecie fantazji. Jednak jego kariera zawodowa również obracała się wokół książek i twórców literatury, ponieważ był radcą prawnym ZAIK-su i specjalistą w dziedzinie prawa autorskiego. W młodości mieszkał na Kresach Wschodnich, gdzie pracował jego ojciec – inżynier kolejowy. Natomiast później wraz z całą rodziną przeniósł się do Warszawy, w której ukończył prawo na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim. Jan Brzechwa ma również za sobą przeszłość wojskowego, ponieważ uczestniczył jako ochotnik w wojnie polsko-bolszewickiej. Można powiedzieć, że swoją miłość do literatury wyssał z mlekiem matki, gdyż był wnukiem księgarza oraz wydawcy Bernarda Lesmana, a przy tym kuzynem Bolesława Leśmiana.

Najważniejsze utwory Jana Brzechwy

Już jako nastoletni chłopiec debiutował wierszami wydanymi w prasie. Jednak pierwszy tom wierszy dla dzieci wydał w 1938. To tam można było przeczytać znane i lubiane do dziś utwory „Pomidor”, „Na straganie”, czy „Żuraw i Czapla”. Rok później wyszła „Kaczka Dziwaczka”, którą na pewno pamięta wiele osób. Lata Drugiej Wojny Światowej to między innymi znana i lubiana przez osoby w każdym wieku „Akademia Pana Kleksa”, na której podstawie nakręcono do dziś chętnie oglądane filmy dla najmłodszych. Brzechwa stworzył wiele ciekawych i zapadających w pamięć postaci takich jak na przykład Pchła Szachrajka, to właśnie dzięki nim został zapamiętany na długo.

Obecnie także mamy wiele bardzo dobrych twórców poezji i prozy dziecięcej, jednak to klasyków takich jak Jan Brzechwa cytuje się i wspomina do dziś. Z pewnością pamięć o tak wybitnym pisarzu nie przeminie jeszcze przez długie lata, ponieważ kolejne pokolenia wciąż poznają twórczość Jana Brzechwy i sięgają po jego utwory.
